Nature is not a new design trend, but it has become more popular day by day, after global warming emerged and started to show its effects on our daily lifes.During Salone Internazionale del Mobile, nature concept was the most obvious design trend that includes products inspired by design, natural exhibition ways, using nature’s itself as product (almost raw), eco-friendly products, biomimiced products and New-NATURE. I focused on Bamboo Unit that is presented in Garde’s ‘’Nagomi’’ collection as an example of New-NATURE that is the adaptation of nature into our lifes by combining with technology and without converting its natural shape.
New-NATURE is a proposal of reinterpretation of the traditional contract with nature in a new refreshing cool-modern style. It expresses the need of modern man for peace of the nature by reuniting nature in completely new ways without go towards nature, instead by recalling it back to his surroundings independently from natural forces.
